The MSX version of Romance of the Three Kingdoms had to adapt its interface due to the machine's resolution limitations. Unlike other Japanese computers of the time, the MSX could not simultaneously display the map of China and detailed information, forcing players to switch between the two screens via the Select key. In addition, some features have been condensed or deleted to adapt to technical constraints, making the experience slightly different from other versions.
