Released in 2008, Command & Conquer 3 : The Fury of Kane is an extension developed by EA Los Angeles. It enriches the main story by focusing on Kane, the charismatic and enigmatic leader of the Nod Brotherhood. The plot spans several decades and traces Kane's efforts to rebuild the Brotherhood after the events of the Second Tiberium War and the beginning of the third.

This extension introduces a new game mode, the Global Conquest Mode, which combines turn-by-turn strategy and real-time battles, allowing players to take control of territories and dominate the world map. This mode brings a new dimension to franchise, focusing on large-scale strategic planning.

In terms of gameplay, Kane's Fury adds many new features:
